Hamilton Zanze offers a high touch, customer centric approach to real estate investing but was facing competition from online only investment firms. They wanted a new website that would elevate them above the competition and reflect their level of service.

THE PROCESS

Understanding multifamily real estate investing.

The core of Hamilton Zanze’s multifamily investing is in their value-add approach. By buying high potential properites in B-Class areas they are able to make site and facility improvements to raise the valuation of their investments. My goal was to find a sophisticated design language and content strategy that conveyed these difference making traits.

THE RESULTS

A sophisticated approach.

By leveraging high end photography, using ample white space and incorporating an elegant mix of typography I was able to elevate the look and feel of the brand. By embracing a content strategy that focused on their expertise I was able to convey their value proposition in an attractive way. This two pronged strategy of expertise and elegance successfully elevated Hamilton Zanze to the next level.
